CHIARA

Alteme Licht AG header picture

The CHIARA range of lamps caters to the desire of many architects to integrate pure light into architecture instead of highly visible lamps. To achieve this goal, CHIARA was designed in such a way that the formal elements were reduced to the greatest extent possible.

A delicate luminaire profile with lateral light integration is what characterises the lamp’s discreet appearance. Power is supplied directly through the suspension cable, and CHIARA therefore makes the light appear to float. When switched off, the semi-transparent, conical microstructured prism (CDP) design only allows a hazy view, with the surface being reminiscent of the structure of a cut diamond.
